We guarantee the return of the item and bear the shipping cost if a mistake in fulfilling the order from our side is proven. There is no replacement, but we are confident that you will fall in love with every piece from our collection. Please make sure to check the sizes written under each item. We have agreements with the best shipping companies and pledge to ship the order within the first or second day of the order, but we disclaim responsibility for any delay caused by the shipping company as it is beyond our control. We ask the customer to check the text messages sent by the delivery representative. If the customer does not receive the order and the shipment is returned to our warehouses, we will refund the amount minus the shipping and packaging costs.
